Set Max Hours Worked on an ATR480

Set the maximum number of hours that can be recorded per day on your Acroprint ATR480 time recorder to manage daily work limits effectively.

Button Functions

The 1-6 keys on top of the clock serve as function keys in programming mode. The functions are printed on the card door above the column numbers. To enter programming mode, move the black set switch found below the #1 button from Run to Prog.

Button	Function	Purpose
1	+	Press 1 to increase the set value by 1.
2	-	Press 2 to decrease the set value by 1.
3	Enter	Press 3 to confirm the set value.
4	Back	Press 4 to go to the previous setting.
5	Cancel	Press 5 to cancel the set value.
6	Mode	Press 6 to move to the next menu.

To set the max hours worked on the ATR480:

1. Open the front cover using the key.
2. Move the black Set switch found under the function keys from Run to Prog (to the right) to enter programming mode.
3. Press button 6 (Mode) once to navigate to ES01 (Pay Period Settings).
4. Press button 3 (Enter) until you reach Code 10 (Maximum Worked Hours). The code is located on the lower left of the screen.
5. Press button 1 (+) or 2 (-) to increase or decrease the maximum allowable hours to be recorded per day.
6. Press button 3 (Enter) to confirm the selection. The device will move to Mode ES02 (Alarm Settings).
7. If you are done, move the Set switch from Prog to Run (to the left) and replace the cover.
