Programming Automatic Color Printing on Your ATR120r Time Recorder Follow

With Automatic Color Schemes, you can set your Acroprint ATR120r Electronic Time Recorder to change the print color after a certain time of day. Choose the specific time, days, and color (black or red) to highlight punches, making it easier to spot early or late punches or customize the printout for other similar purposes. You can program up to 24 Color Changes.
Button Functions
The In-Out buttons on top of the clock serve as function keys in programming mode. The functions are printed on the card door above the column numbers. To enter programming mode, move the switch found on the back of the clock from Run to Prgm.

IN1 | + | Press IN1 to increase the set value by 1. |
OUT1 | - | Press OUT1 to decrease the set value by 1. |
IN2 | Enter | Press IN2 to confirm the set value. |
OUT2 | Back | Press OUT2 to go to the previous setting. |
IN3 | Clear | Press IN3 to cancel the set value. |
OUT3 | Mode | Press OUT3 to move to the next menu. |
To set automatic color changes on the ATR120r:
- Move the Set switch on the back of the case from Run to Prgm to enter programming mode.
- Press OUT3 (Mode) until you reach Mode B004 (2-Color Printing). Cycle through modes by pressing button OUT3 (Mode).
- Press IN2 (Enter) to enter the first color change (01).
- Odd number color changes will set Red printing.
- Even number color changes will set Black printing.
- Press IN1 (+) or OUT2 (-) to edit the Hour.
- Press In2 (Enter) to confirm the selection.
- Press IN1 (+) or OUT2 (-) to edit the Minute.
- Press In2 (Enter) to confirm the selection.
- Set the days of the week for the column shift.
- Press IN3 (Clear) to set the column change for every day of the week.
- Press OUT2 (-) to cancel the selected (flashing) day.
- Press IN1 (+) to add a day that has been deleted.
- Press IN2 (Enter) to continue advancing through each day of the week.
- Press In2 (Enter) to set the Color Change and move on to the next change.
- Repeat steps 3 - 10 for each additional column change.
- If you are done, move the Set switch from Prgm to Run.
