Configure Weekly Overtime in ProPunch Follow
Specify the amount of time an employee must work in a workweek before weekly overtime begins. Select the pay category to which time over the threshold should be allocated.
Note:
- Overtime calculations are configured by administrators.
To configure weekly overtime, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ProPunch application with an administrator profile.
- Click on Company Setup >> Pay Calculations >> Overtime.
- Click on Weekly Overtime 1/Weekly Overtime 2 and then click Edit.
- Enter the amount for Time Over.
- Click on the drop-down to make a selection for In a Week Allocate to Pay Category.
- What Counts Towards Overtime Hours: Make a selection.
- Paid Lunch
- Paid Break
- All Work Codes
- All Pay Categories, Except Time Offs
- Select Work Codes
- Select Pay Categories
- Click Save.
