ES700 Time Recorder Repair or Replacement Request

All warrantied time clocks are covered by our standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. While Acroprint no longer offers repair services or replacement parts, defective devices that qualify under the warranty can be replaced. Before a replacement is used, you will need to contact our support team and troubleshoot with an agent. If the device is determined to be defective, it will be replaced with the same or a similar model. 

The warranty includes shipping the replacement device to you; however, customers are responsible for returning the broken device (including the cost of return shipping) for any devices over 30 days.
