View and Edit Employees in ProPunch Follow
Employee Setup allows administrators to view and edit account information for existing employees.
To view or edit a single employee, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ProPunch application with an administrator profile.
- Go to My Employees >> Employee Setup.
- Click the Edit Employee icon for the employee
- Update the data as needed then click Save when done or click Back if no edits were made.
To view the profiles of multiple employees, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ProPunch application with an administrator profile.
- Go to My Employees >> Employee Setup.
- Check the box for each employee whose profile is to be viewed/edited.
- Click the View Selected Employees icon at the top-left of the screen.
- Scroll through the list using the arrows in the top left of the screen.
To edit multiple employee profiles simultaneously, follow these steps:
- Log in to the ProPunch application with an administrator profile.
- Go to My Employees >> Employee Setup.
- Check the box for each employee to be edited.
- Click the Edit Selected Employees icon.
- Select the Property to be changed and select/set the value.
- Click Save Changes to update the profiles of the selected employees or click Close to exit without saving.
