ProPunch Dashboard

After logging in, you will be greeted with the Home Dashboard. Since the dashboard is your landing page, ProPunch was designed to put the key items you want front and center. Home allows an administrator to view the IN/OUT status of each employee as well as a time summary for all employees. Home also lists any tasks that may require attention.

On the left is the navigation bar; you can click the menu icon to minimize or expand the navigation menu and hover over the menu icons to see the navigation options. On the top right, the date and time are displayed according to your time zone along with your name which you can use to access your profile or log out.

IN/OUT Board

The IN/OUT Board dashboard stat displays an employee count for each status IN and OUT. For a detailed view of the IN/OUT Board, click the stat. For more information on the In/Out Dashboard, review our In/Out Board article. 

Time Summary

The Time Summary dashboard stat displays the number of missed punches for the current pay period. For a detailed view of the Time Summary Board, click the stat. For more information on the Time Summary Dashboard, review our Missed Punches article. 

My Tasks

The My Tasks dashboard stat displays the number of pending tasks of the currently logged in user. For task details, click the stat. For more information on the My Tasks dashboard, review our My Tasks article.
