Run a Time Off Balances Report in ProPunch

Choose this report to view/edit employee time off balances.

Notes:

• To print this report, click on Tools and select Export to Excel.
• You can arrange the report by clicking on the specific column headers, presenting the data from varied perspectives.

To run a time off balances report, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the ProPunch application with an administrator or supervisor (with credentials) profile.
2. Go to Reports >> Time Off Balances.
3. Make a selection for Employees (All, Active, or Terminated).
4. Check the box for Select Employes to select specific names.
5. Check the box for Work Codes to select specific codes.
6. Click Apply Filter.
7.  Click on Tools >> Export to Excel to print the report.
   • Select Change View to add/remove columns to report.
   • Click Save.
   • After the changes have been saved you may export the report to Excel.
