ATR480 Time Cards Follow
The Acroprint ATR481 Time Card (OEM Part #09-9115-000) is a double-sided replacement time card designed specifically for use with the Acroprint ATR480 Totalizing Time Clock.
The ATR480 uses pre-punched holes on the time card to automatically calculate employee time based on settings configured in the clock. These calculations can include:
- Pre-set daily totals
- Rounded time
- Automatic break deductions
- Running daily totals
- Running pay period totals
Time Card Numbering Requirements
ATR480 time cards are numbered 001 through 050. During the same pay period, no two employees can use the same numbered time card. Each employee must be assigned a unique card number so the clock can accurately calculate and track totals.
How the ATR480 Records Time
Each line on the time card is used to record an employee's punches for the day and displays:
- IN punch time
- OUT punch time
- Running daily total of hours worked
- Running pay period total of accumulated hours
As employees continue to punch throughout the pay period, the ATR480 automatically updates the totals printed on the card.
