Adding or Removing time clocks from your account Follow
Navigate to the Time Clocks page using the navigation on the left.
If you have not already added your time clock(s) to your cloud account, this is where you would do so. To add a clock, click the 'Add New' button.
Once you click the "Add New" button, the Time Clock Details will open. Here you will fill out:
- The Time Clock Name
- Device ID (Which you can find by powering on your time clock and connecting to the internet).
- Time Zone
- Description (optional)
- Status (leave as active unless you do not plan on using the clock)
Once you have filled out the above fields, click "Add". Your time clock will automatically be directed to your home screen once it is added to the cloud.
After you have added your time clock, you will see it appear on the time clock landing page. If you have connected your clock to the internet, the software version will display below the clock name. If you have not yet connected your clock to the internet, "connect device" will display below the clock name.
You can click any of your existing clocks to edit or remove it at any time. Within the time clock details, you can edit the time clock name or change the time zone. If you no longer wish to use your time clock, set its status to archive.
