We don't stand for missed punches, and neither should you! Your Dashboard now includes a Missed Punches Widget, highlighting all of your employees missed punches from the current and previous pay period. Below is a step by step process of managing you Missed Punches Widget:
1. Sign into your account and access your Dashboard.
2. From here you will see the Missed Punches Widget, highlighting all of your employees missed punches from the previous and current pay period.
3. First start by deciding how you'd like to view these missed punches; options include by Date (previous to current) or by Person.
4. Based on your selection, you will see the number of missing punches along side each day a missing punch has occurred.
5. To resolve a missing punch, select the word MISSING. You will be prompted to enter a time for the missing punch or punches. Hit Save to confirm your entry or entries.
6. Complete the above process for all missing punches, allowing you to resolve missed punches for all of your responsible departments.
