Set the Day/Date on an M150 Time Recorder Follow

The date setting for the following models MUST be manually reset to the first of the month each month, following any month with less than 31 days:

  • M150 NR4,
  • M150 QR4,
  • M150 RR4.

To set the day/date:

  1. Unplug the time recorder and remove the cover.
  2. The current time should be between midnight and noon. The lever increases in tension as the day goes on, requiring more force to manually set the time in the afternoon and evening.
  3. Push down and release the Yellow lever (behind the right side of the clock face) to set the correct day/date. Pressing the lever with force will cause the date to move 2 days. To advance 1 day, press the yellow lever gently.

  4. Replace the cover, plug in the recorder, and punch a card to verify the correct day/date setting. Repeat steps 1-5 if necessary.

 

Important Note: Do not use the black lever on the right side of the device. If included with your model, it will be near the yellow day/date lever. This lever will ONLY update the printed hours and will not change the clock face.
