The instructions will guide you through enrolling an employee for punching through Virtual Clock or Quick Punch.
- Log into TimeQPlus software.
- Go to Employees and add a new employee. (See timeQplus User Guide for instructions.)
- Click on the employee’s name and then click Details.
- Enter a numeric password >> click Apply and then OK.
- Provide the employee with their User ID and Password.
- Double click Virtual Clock.
- Enter User ID and Password.
- Press OK.
- The Administrator must double click Quick Punch.
- Enter the Administrator’s Login and Password.
- Check the box Remember Me.
- Click OK.
- The employees can enter the User ID and click Punch.
