TimeQPlus V4 Configuration system failed to initialize

Resolution:

1. Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Acroprint\TimeAttendance.exe\4.x.xx

**NOTE** username is specific to your environment so don’t look for the word username. 

1. Delete the user.config from the folder
2. Open the TimeQPlus Software.
