TimeQPlus V4 Network Client PC Connection Resolution Follow
Experiencing connection issues between the client PC and the server can be challenging. The article will walk you through establishing a connection between the client and the server.

Change your Windows Folder Options to show hidden files and folders.

On the TimeQPlus Server go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Acroprint\TimeAttendance.exe…\4xxx…\user.config

Get a copy of the user.config and place it on a USB Flash Drive.

On the TimeQPlus Client go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Acroprint\TimeAttendance.exe…\4xxx…\user.config

Replace the user.config with the copy from the server pc.

Launch the software.
TimeQPlus Network Client PC is unable to locate the Server after completing the steps above.
