TimeQPlus V4 Badge Enrollment on TQ600P or TQ600M Follow
Enrolling employees with a badge can be done by following the instructions below. This process allows employees to use a badge to clock in and out on the TQ600P or TQ600M terminals. To complete these steps, you must have admin access to the software.

Log into the TimeQPlus software.

Go to Employees and add a new employee. (See timeQplus User Guide for instructions.)

Click on the employee’s name >> locate Number >> enter the badge number.

Press Enter to save.

Go to Time Clock >> select Ethernet or USB/RS232 Cable.

Move the employee to the Assigned Employees column and click Save.
Repurposing existing badges:

Log into the TimeQPlus software.

Go to Time Clock and press Poll Clock.

Click on Time Clock Details and click Clear All Users then complete the wizard.

Save the changes.

Close the Time Clock Details screen then click on Update Clock.

Go to Employees and select the employee inactive employee.

Click in the Number field for the specific employee. Delete the badge number.

Press Enter to save.

Go to Time Clock and move the employee to the Assigned Employees column. Click Save.
