TimeQplus V4 Biometric Enrollment Remote Terminal Follow
Enrolling employees with a fingerprint can be done by following the instructions below. This process allows employees to use their fingerprint to clock in and out on the TQ600B terminal that’s connected to the software through the Flash Drive option.
- Log into the TimeQPlus software.
- Go to Employees and add a new employee. (See TimeQplus User Guide for instructions.)
- Press Enter to save.
TQ600 Clock:
- Connect the Flash Drive to the left side of the clock.
- Press Menu >> User Manage >> Enroll User >> Enroll FP >> New Enroll
- Enter the User ID from TQP software >> Scan the same finger 3 times >> press OK to Save.
- ESC out of the menu options.
- Press Menu >> PenDrive Mng >> DwnLoad User.
- You will receive Copy Data Suc message. ESC out of the menu options.
- Remove the Flash Drive.
TimeQPlus Software:
- Log into the TimeQPlus software.
- Connect the Flash Drive to the PC.
- Go to Employees >> click on the employee’s name >> Enroll or Remove Finger >> Enroll a new employee on a USB flash drive timeQplus Time Clock >> complete the wizard.
Downloading Punches – Payroll
- Insert the Flash Drive into the TQ600 Clock.
- Press Menu >> PenDrive Mng >> DwnLoad AttLog (You will receive Copy Data Suc when the data has been downloaded to the flash drive successfully.)
- ESC out of the menu options.
- Remove the flash drive from the clock.
- Connect the flash drive to the PC.
- Log into the TimeQPlus software.
- Click on Time Clock >> Flash Drive >> Import USB drive.
- Select the attlog.dat file >> Import Selected Files.
- Click Yes to Backup files. Remove flash drive from the PC.
NOTE: Complete your payroll before deleting attlog file.
Deleting attlog file:
Menu >> Options >> System Opt >> Del Attlogs
